Ziboce Tai Chi

HEALTH FUN EASY TO LEARN

Corporate Programme

Every group has its own characters and special needs on health & fitness exercises.

Ziboce Tai Chi Programme can be tailor-made to fit these needs. The contents in the class include Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation.

The philosophy of ZIBOCE TAI CHI centers on

        Flexibility   Creativity   Personality

In the well-presented and demonstrated Tai Chi programme, students can easily learn the philosophy and the methodology of TAI CHI KUNG FU from Sifu Ziboce, a kung fu master of internal Chinese martial art. Ziboce holds a MBA degree (HULL) and a MABP degree (UniSA).

With the understanding of the methodology, students are able to enjoy the fun coming from the ability to fill-in, to jam, to improvise, to create, to add, to alter, and most of all, to FEEL.

Over the years, many martial art gurus and masters continue to pursue what is called BEYOND TAI CHI or High Level Tai Chi. This kind of Tai Chi goes beyond shapes and forms.  In the Ziboce Programme, Sifu Ziboce provides SHORTCUTS to this Tai Chi Peak.

Therefore, there is no longer a need as to follow the exact movements, the exact sequence of steps, the exact forms, and the exact directions. In fact, still, most people learn elementary Tai Chi sets through hard work and memorizing.

ZIBOCE TAI CHI philosophy reduces the tensions of the body and the mind.

Peter Ziboce MABP MBA

Chief Tai Chi Instructor of Ziboce Kung Fu Box

Biography of Chinese Taiji Characters 2003

Director of Hong Kong Yi Quan Society Ltd.

Executive Director of Tai Chi Learn & Teach

Since 1972, Sifu Ziboce has been practicing and teaching a wide range

of Chinese Kung Fu including Chen/Sun/Wu/Yang styles of Tai Chi,

Xing Yi Chuan, Yi Chuan, Chi Kung, Wing Chun, and Bagua.

Ziboce's philosophy in Kung Fu, centers on three major themes,

namely, the internal strength, the spiritual lead, and the Tai Chi forms.

Internal strength can be achieved by practicing with Ziboce using his new and combined breathing technique. This technique is based on the traditional Chinese Kung Fu of Yi Chuan, Buddhist Chi Kung, Taoist Chi Kung, and Tai Chi Chuan.

Spiritual lead refers to the Chi movement using Buddhist and Taoist methods in relation to the internal strength and the environmental power.

Tai Chi forms relate to the awareness of the body movement. Understanding of the theories of the various styles of Tai Chi is important to effectiveness of the exercise either aiming at health, or self-defense.

Ziboce's expertise is the in-depth study of Six-Combinations-&-Eight-Methods. This leads to the formation of the Ziboce Dance, a new format of  Kung Fu based on Tai Chi, Yi Chuan, Xing Yi Chuan, and Bagua. He runs private classes on this dance for many busy students from all over the world. The feedback on this dance from his students and many Martial Art masters is positive and encouraging.

Since 2001, Sifu Ziboce has been involved in production of many Ziboce kung fu publications and videos, and is enlisted in many Tai Chi and Kung fu masters directories.

Ziboce runs group classes for organizations, and private classes for many busy students from all over the world. Students include many martial art lovers of Taekwondo, Karate, Kodokan Judo, Muay Thai, Chi Kung, Reiki, Kendo, Tai Chi, and Wing Chun.

Ziboce organizes and runs Kung Fu seminars in Hong Kong, and produces series of Kung Fu movies, including documentary of seminars, interviews on Tai Chi masters.

Ziboce Kung Fu Sytem

Ziboce Kung Fu System interprets Ziboce's own understanding and study of Kung Fu (Chinese Martial Art).

Mixed Chi Kung refers to the adoption of Taoist Chi Kung and Buddhist Chi Kung. To Ziboce's opinion, the former emphases on Chi generated from the vessel (body trunk), whereas the latter relates Chi from the environment.

Modified Tai Chi refers to the practice of Tai Chi Chuan in connection with Chi Kung.  So-called Modified Tai Chi is simply a way to put emphasis on the importance of Chi.

Ziboce Dance refers to the combination of the various types of Kung Fu in a harmonized way, taking into consideration of all the strengths and the weaknesses.

The matrix, Ziboce Tai Chi Box, summarizes the core values of thought by philosophy, harmony, scope of study, and learning curve.

Ziboce's interpretation of CHI (QI)

Chi, in  Ziboce's words, is a combination of a variety of functions on the human body, i.e., sensor, information carrier, activator, catalyst, and energy riser.

Along with many other interpretations such as in medical aspect, Chi can be generated from breathing, mindedness, and Martial Arts.

There are many kinds of breathing methods. Each has its own purpose and specialty. Breathing exercise physically supports the CHI functions of Mindedness, and Martial Arts.

Mindedness refers to perception of energy in movement. The ability to perceive can be acquired naturally from the abstract concept.

The concept may be borrowed from thoughts of religion, Buddhism, Taoism, artistic works, and management thinking.

Abstract helps imagination of unlimited possibilities. Examples of abstract output can be available from creative, experimental, artistic works and practices in the forms of singing, writing, painting, dancing, and performing.

Beyond Tai Chi relates to the existence of CHI which may happen within the natural environment, and also in the imaginary environment.
