Zhuang is a short name for Zhan Zhuang, a basic stance/posture training for body strength. Ziboce introduces his Tai Chi Zen with easy Zhuang for every one.

Ziboce Zhuang Section 1 [3 Levels]

Maintain 3 postures at High, Mid, and Low levels, each for one minute.

Total time: 3 minutes

Ziboce Zhuang Section 2 [3 Dimensions]

Maintain 3 postures at X-, Y-, and Z- axises, shifting left/right, each for one minute.

Total time: 6 minutes

Ziboce Zhuang Section 3 [Single Leg]

Maintain 1 posture on one foot, shifting left/right, each for one minute.

Total time: 3 minutes

Ziboce Zhuang Section 4 [Dragon and Tiger]

Maintain 3 postures with turning torso and horse stance, shifting left/right, each for half a minute.

Total time: 3 minutes
